We offer classes, camps, and a cooperative learning experience grounded in nature and nourished by a community of loving families. United by a shared intention, we create a welcoming space where children are free to explore, wonder, build, and truly belong.
We welcome Sonoma County families, year-round, to join our family-oriented early learning co-op program for children ages 2 to 5, afternoon nature classes for older kids ages 4 and up, and outdoor nature camps for ages 4 and up during most school breaks.
We believe that when children feel safe, seen, and supported, they develop confidence, compassion, and a lifelong curiosity that carries them forward in the world. Enroll today or request a tour to learn more.

The Sunbeam Mission
At Sunbeam Nature School, we believe every child deserves abundant outdoor time for play, exploration, and physical activity. Our mission is to empower children and their families to embrace the outdoors, immersing in the joy and beauty of nature.
As a pioneering nature-based learning and working farm, we are dedicated to regenerative agriculture practices, honoring the earth and water. Our commitment extends to combating climate change through eco-friendly gardening, responsible shepherding, and engaging in community events.
Sunbeam Nature School offers a unique, tuition-free co-op educational experience for children aged 2 to 6, alongside enriching classes and camps for school-age children starting at 4.9 years old. Our programs are tailored to nurture a deep connection with nature, fostering environmental stewardship from an early age.
